Successful completion of a NOK 132.5m private placement

Clarksons Securities AS congratulates NORDIC MINING ASA on the successful equity capital raise of NOK 132.5m through a convertible loan from a local investors group to the Engbø project in Western Norway.
 
Nordic Mining ASA works towards developing and supplying green and necessary materials for the European and international market and is also exposed to the fast-growing lithium space through the 16% holding in Keliber OY.
 
The transaction constitutes the first part of the US$250 million project financing package for the Engebø Rutile and Garnet project and the local participation highlight the support for the development.
