Clarkson PLC (“Clarksons”) is pleased to announce that Gibb Group Limited, a Clarksons Port Services subsidiary and the leading supplier of PPE and MRO to the energy sector, has completed the acquisition of first aid innovator, Trauma & Resuscitation Services Limited (“Trauma Resus”).

The acquisition will increase Gibb Group’s service offering, extending its strong coverage of the oil & gas, marine, and renewable energy sectors with the inclusion of the Trauma Resus EURIECA® program, which is recognised as the global standard for advanced first aid for the offshore wind sector.

“The acquisition of Trauma Resus aligns with the wider group strategy of expanding our breadth to meet the ever-increasing needs of our clients. Gibb Group is key to our Port Services end-to-end service offering, and the addition of Trauma Resus continues the development of our extensive activities in the renewable energy sector.”
