Welcoming Jona Desselberger to the Newbuilding desk

We are very pleased to announce that Jona Desselberger has joined us here at Clarksons with immediate effect.

Jona is extremely well known in the industry having enjoyed a distinguished career specialising in Newbuildings and Project S&P business. 

He started in 1993 with Axis Shipbroking here in London before moving to New York where he spent 8 years with MJLF. He then moved back to the UK to establish his own business, GMT Maritime and since 2019 he has been Global Head of Newbuildings at Braemar.

We are excited to be welcoming Jona into our Newbuilding team as Managing Director in London, where he will work alongside the team where his deep technical knowledge and experience with major N/B projects will help improve our service to clients going forward.
