A Value-Added/Opportunistic Real Estate Fund

Established in 2018, Oslo Opportunity AS is our inaugural real estate fund. This closed-end fund specializes in value-add and opportunistic investments, targeting real estate opportunities in Oslo and its surrounding regions.

A Value-Added/Opportunistic Real Estate Fund

Oslo Opportunity II AS is our second fund in the “Oslo Opportunity” series. The fund has a similar investment strategy to Oslo Opportunity AS, with focus on value-add and opportunistic investments, targeting real estate opportunities across Norway. The fund is currently in its divestment phase, actively managing exits to maximize investor returns.

A Core Plus Real Estate fund

Clarksons Core Plus AS is a core-plus closed-end real estate fund that emphasizes properties with lower risk profiles compared to the “Oslo Opportunity series”, while prioritizing ESG improvements across its portfolio. The fund is currently in the investment phase.

DBC Eiendomsfond AS is a single-asset AIF established to own and manage Drammen Business Center (DBC).

DBC is a modern, high-quality office building ideally located next to Drammen Station, offering excellent connectivity to Oslo and the surrounding region.

Completed in 2020, the property comprises approximately 13,000 sqm of flexible office space designed for modern occupiers, complemented by high-end amenities including meeting facilities, a staff restaurant, fitness center, and rooftop terrace.

The building holds an energy rating of A, reflecting its strong sustainability profile. Combined with its prime location, DBC stands out as a best-in-class office asset and an attractive base for forward-looking businesses.

Karvesvingen 5 Eiendomsfond AS is a single-asset AIF established to own and manage Karvesvingen 5.

Karvesvingen 5 is a modern and attractive office property located at Hasle in Oslo, one of the city’s fastest-growing business districts with excellent public transport connections.

The building offers efficient and flexible office spaces tailored to modern occupiers, complemented by high-quality amenities and a vibrant surrounding area with a wide range of services and facilities.

With an energy rating of A, the property demonstrates strong environmental performance. Combined with its strategic location and contemporary design, Karvesvingen 5 represents a highly attractive office asset.

Our team comprises four professionals with diverse expertise in real estate and finance, covering areas such as financial advisory and analysis, real estate company management, leasing and brokerage, and lending/banking.

Our core team is further strengthened by collaboration with specialists from all the other companies within our real estate division, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to all our projects.
